Pain points

Paying attention to the action a kid takes when moving through the product’s experience can reveal pain points. When did they hold up the tablet or call a parent over for help? When did they leave the app completely?

Why this technique
Kids, especially younger ones, will often not verbalize much, but the actions they take when engaging with the product should reveal when the experience is frustrating or unusable.
