When you assume

Make a list of things that you expect kids to do ahead of time so you can cross-reference your assumptions one by one during the playtesting session. 

Why this technique
As you run your playtest, it may be difficult to remember to validate all the assumptions you’re making about kids’ engagement with your product. Having a list to reference ensures you are challenging your assumptions and turning guesses into data-backed insights.
